On Sunday, 1st February, Synergy Body & Mind invites you to The Arcade Pop Up in Dewsbury for a special Imbolc Community Wellness Day. This is more than just an event; it is a gathering designed to foster renewal, connection, and a sense of nurturing as we step into a brand-new season.
What is Imbolc?
Imbolc is an ancient festival marking the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Historically, it celebrates the “first stirrings” of life – a time when seeds begin to wake in the belly of the earth. It is a season for purification, setting new intentions, and clearing out the old to make room for growth.
