Work goes on repairing window frames and repointing under the new roof. The internal scaffolding should be down by March and the Arcade will begin to look like its future self. Stretching the definition of Spring (summer doesn’t start until the June solstice!), construction should be finished on time.
Next month we hope to publicise the pathway to opening with the events we have lined up.
We have 40 live expressions of interest in units and once the scaffolding is down, we’ll be showing them around again, signing heads of terms on units.
